TOTK was like 80% BOTW and 20% traditional. The dungeons, though fun, were still not like a retro dungeon. I also liked where you had to use a specific weapon/item to progress through a dungeon. I would like to see them being that back. Maybe focus less on stuff like fuse/ultra hand in TOTK and magnesis/statis in BOTW. I think they should leave those gameplay elements behind and make them exclusive to those games.

DLSS is good news but the LCD screen over OLED ughhhhh.

 

That just means they'll make an OLED version again later.

 

Okay we established LCD screen = bummer, let's not bring up on a weekly basis for the next 18 months lol

 

I don't care what screen it has as long as it looks decent and plays the games I like

Honestly, if it is as powerful as it says it is, has backwards compatibility, it's still portable, and has good battery life that's golden to me. That's legitimately all I need.

As for "wants", that's a whole different story. I'd want streetpass back and folders and themes, etc.

 

Yeah the next switch needs adjustments for its UI. The switch didn’t add a single new element to its UI in 6 years.

 

I’m actually really surprised that they never added menu themes for switch considering the defaults are called “Basic White” and “Basic Black” which would seem to imply non-basic themes as an option

 

Remember: Nintendo hates their fans.

They will never give you exactly what you want.
