To be fair, I liked Other M and never understood the hate outside of the voice acting and too many humans.

 

My mind melts when I think about how Majora and Ocarina were separated by only two years. Now it’s like one Zelda game every 7 years.

 

I mean we're getting plenty of Zelda games these days imo, the Switch alone has seen Breath of the Wild, Hyrule Warriors, Age of Calamity, Link to the Past, Crypt of the Necrodancer Hyrule remix or wahtever and soon Tears of the Kingdom.

also it's not like Nintendo isn't free to release Wind Waker and Twilight Princess any fucking time they see fit.......... *rolls eyes*

We have been missing out on “handheld” Zelda titles they usually released every couple years (triforce heroes, link between worlds, etc). I understand if they have the Zelda team working exclusively on TOTK though. Give us the best Zelda to date.

 

That remake was kind of like that, but otherwise you’re right, that the downside of Nintendo combining platforms

 

I wish the 3DS Ocarina and Majora versions would get put on the e shop

 

I spend a lot of time thinking about how Majora’s mask just recycled sprites and NPC’s from Ocarina and made them part of important side quests. It gives the game a bad dream like vibe and I love it. For instance, that goober that dances around in hyrule town square with the backpack is now like a master criminal thief and mugs that woman in Majora’s Mask.

 

Big time. The atmosphere of that game has everything going for it. Like you said, feels dream like, time restraints/impending doom are off the charts, overall just creepy.

 

the GameCube handle is so damn elite

 

I’m expecting a lot of time on already announced stuff (Kirby, TOTK, that weird Bayonetta spin off, Fire Emblem DLC, Pikmin 4), a Mario Baseball announcement for Summer and maybe Mario Odyssey 2 for late October, although they might drop that announcement in June. Also probably a small update on what’s next for Online, and a couple of random 3rd party games but that’s about it, no huge surprises and no Metroid Prime 4.

 

I don’t even want them to make a Mario baseball with how much they ruined the newest soccer game

 

I want a totally unexpected game reveal like they did with Metroid Dread a couple years ago.

 

I want a new StarTropics.

 

I want to dance in the middle of a gay bar

 

Skies of arcadia remaster

 

My pie in the sky wish is for a new Mana game to be announced, but I'm absolutely certain that won't happen. Would also be cool to hear about Monolith's other project that's been kicking around for a while, but I'm sure the XC3 DLC takes precedence this year.
