I have a vision in my head of this happening, them realizing what it is, and then playing a couple rounds of Snipperclips with the TSA agent

 

I was nervous about it because I had my switch and it's charger, 4 portable battery chargers, two lightning cables, and two Apple Watch chargers. Also 2 cameras and several lenses. I was scared it would look like a bomb on the X-ray

 

3 hour tattoo scheduled for this evening. I 100% will be playing my Switch while this is happening.

 

Don't let a handful of outcries on the internet fool you, I have yet to experience any of the issues you have described (same with the few people I know that also own one). It's my favorite console that I have ever owned compounded with one of the greatest games I have ever played

Yup I've had zero issues with this thing after about 75 hours of playing.

 

I've had it since launch. I've never experienced any issues either although I've also never connected it to my tv

 

all of those videos that show hardware issues remind of that episode of the simpsons were grandpa purposely destroys a bunch of toys at a toy store while complaining that toys these days break too easily

 

100 hours of playtime and the only issue I had was connecting to the internet, but that only lasted an hour on a single day and probably had nothing to do with the system itself

 

Only issue I've found so far is that we tried putting the wrist straps on the joy con this weekend for the first time, and I didn't even see the + and - on the edges. Unfortunately, the connectors will attach VERY easily even though you put them on the incorrect joy con.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out why they made them so easy to connect to the wrong controller because once they're on there, they're impossible to get off. I had to practically rip them off of the joy cons.

 

Yeah this is the first day one console I ever bought. No regrets, the Switch is incredible.

@billyboatman where did you get that impression? I'm curious because that definitely isn't the general reception i've been getting from people i know who bought it, and that def isn't this thread's reception.

 

The only regret I have with the Switch is that I spent way too much time on it the first couple weeks.

 

Guys. I found/made it through The Lost Woods last night and solved the puzzle in the shrine within it last night with no help. I am so proud.

 

Aonuma states that open-world Zelda will be the standard from now on

 

Beating the Muwo Jeem Shrine was so satisfying. I like that this is a Zelda game that lets you explore even how to win a combat trial. It lets you be creative always.

 

I've just been so lost in Isaac. I'm big on roguelikes but I never realy got into this one until now.

 

Rogue Legacy would be great on Switch

 

I just found out you can filter screenshots by game. Cool.

Yes I am looking and OH it is SO on.

Anyone bought a Nintendo Switch since the restock issues? Are people still camping out for these things?

 

20 bucks? I'm hoping it has a lot of content/depth still.

I might grab it if the coop is a lot of fun, even if I'm not into NBA.

 

I just passed by our local store and I don't think it ever sold out. The neon is the one on display.
