48 courses!? Jesus. Positive is that this is doubling the tracks in the game which I'll definitely take because MK8 is amazing and it's cheaper than an all new game. Negative is they are super spread out and pretty much kills any and all hope of MK9. Eh oh well. I'll take this over the alternative which is no new Mario Kart content on this console lol

Before I read anything else here, I'm gonna say that Kirby and Xenoblade Chronicles are cool and all, but I fucking gasped at the remakes of Front Mission 1+2 and Live A Fucking Live.

Like, the minute I heard them say Wanzers, I was like "Front Mission? No way." and then there it was. Square Enix is the fucking captain of the ship which is my heart. And Live A Live? Remade? And localized? Riches are filling my cup.

Anyway, I'm totally buying them, unless they're also on Steam, in which case I'll buy them there.

this direct was like a fever dream for someone who was a "niche gamer" 20 years ago

advance wars /radical dreamers / front mission / live a live / earthbound online / triangle strategy

it was basically made for the old school jrpg fan. this is basically what everyone wishes the "square enix directs" were like.

beyond all that though, stoked about mario kart! might try xenoblad3 also now that it seems less pervy
