I‘m so close to just starting it up right now (I have prior engagements to do something else) but the curiosity is killing me.

Can't decide if I want to get the new Pokemon or that Kirby game. Will probably just wait for reviews.

I don't see myself getting invested in this Pokémon game. It seems really nice and really cute but I just can't get over the barren ass graphics.
(I'm about 2 hours in, just got my fist star rank)

 

I thought this meant you could buy a ps1 again and I was like hold up I want one now

The environments do look pretty barren in all the pre-release footage.

Seems like people who are obsessive shiny hunters and/or who are Pokedex completionists will love PLA. I'm neither of those things so I'm probably gonna skip it.

 

it's even worse in motion because of all the jaggies and the low resolution. it really is unbecoming of a Switch game of this caliber.
