There's only 5 boards, expected more out of a full priced game, at least make some unlockable or something. Also feel slightly that they could've agreed more than 100 minigames but that's less of a deal. Like it's fine just expected more content/gameplay after Super Mario Party had so much

 

But Super Mario Party had less quality overall. I do agree that the rhythm mode and river rafting modes were nice though.

Superstars does have everything on the minigame mountain though including the daily challenges, coin gauntlet and more.

I think Nintendo purposely does a poor job of including content so they can force you to buy another game a year or two later.

It didn't feel that way because you also had the river rapid mode and the minigame road and the team/party play mode. Superstars only has board play and I'm assuming some sort of minigame play (haven't played that yet). The fact you can't unlock additional characters is kinda dumb too.

Also Super Mario Party ultimately had a "goal" of collecting all gems which Superstars doesn't. I know there's the achievements but those fill optional compared to the gems.

Apparently there is going to be DLC which hopefully will add some more as well.

 

I loved the addition of the unique dice too which is a bummer those weren't included

 

I suppose I can see those arguments. I think Nintendo was just trying to distance themselves as much as possible from a game that was very unpopular. Since this is a remake of old games, I'd be disappointed if they changed too much. I'm in it for the nostalgia. I also think 100 mini games is a ton of content, but I'm not sure how many Superstars had

 

Didn't realize Super Mario Party was unpopular. Seemed like a return to form after the Wii U ones weren't well received withe the whole single car movement and whatnot

 

Superstars is like all I’ve wanted from a Mario Party game for years and years now. Literally all I want from it now are to add the rest of the MP 2 and 3 boards. Specifically the Waluigi board from 3, as I never unlocked it as a child.

 

I think the custom dice and allies were nice. I just hated the boards being so small and the changes they made to stuff like the stars only costing 10 coins.

 

how’s KOTOR supposed to be playing on switch?

 

Any tips on getting a switch in the short term here? Regular model.

 

I was at Walmart and they literally had a bunch of them.

 

The Animal Crossing edition one I see literally everywhere

 

All of the stores near me have been sold out of all models of Switch for the past few weeks. Haven't even seen a Lite.

 

All my stores have a ton too, I would go to some on the outskirts, not in high traffic areas. You should be able to find at least the base model, but you absolutely will not find an OLED at all.
