That basically confirms a new mainline Pokémon game will be released on the Switch

 

Probably, though it might not be the next one, depending on how fast the Switch sells. Could also be a 3DS & Switch release of course.

 

I was playing my switch on the tv and my power randomly shut off and I was pissed until I realized my system was still available to play by taking it off the dock so that was cool

 

Downloaded the splatoon 2 demo. excited for the testfire next weekend.

 

Breath of the Wild on a 65 inch HD is incredible

 

Finally playing BotW and it feels crazy how expansive this world is and how many damn controls there are! It's addicting though.

Also, I'm going to make a confession here...this is the first Zelda game I've ever played. Please don't ban me from the thread.

finally got my case in and I looooove it, going mobile and not worrying about fucking it up is pretty great. so if any of y'all are still looking for a case, I for sure recommend this one

Haha yeah. I'm probably not getting it on release day. It looks so polarizing.

I'm all for weird games though, just too attached to BotW at the moment to even consider playing another game.

Got myself one of these this morning. Honestly I'm never worried about scratching when docking because I pay attention to what I'm doing but this is a good idea so I got it to support the person who made it

Regardless if it helps or not, at least it looks good. Serious question, but won't the cloth generate unnecessary heat or something? Especially when playing long hours of BotW?

 

Technically that goes on the front of the dock and the main heat is on the back of the switch tablet, so I think you'll be ok.

 

I got the same one! Can attest that it is well worth the money. The accessories that come with it are great, too.

Honestly, it feels so cool packing everything up in that tiny little case and thinking "this thing that I'm carrying around is another level above my Wii U". I'm getting way more use out of it than I thought I would. Anytime I know I'm going to be sitting for 10 minutes or more, I just pack it up.

 

what fits in there? can you fit the ac adapter as well?

 

I've taken a couple flights and bus trips since getting my Switch and it makes the trips a million times better. Just being able to tune out and play Zelda is incredible

 

I just realized mine is slightly different, but not by much. I can fit my cable in there, but I don't really have many other accessories to keep in the pocket. You can kind of see the pictures here:

Idk if I can fit the adapter in with the joycons, but it should be able to hold any USB-C charger

 

I forgot to mention that with my case, it's designed to fight the tablet with the joycons still connected. That way, your pouch is freed up.

Finding a switch is still so aggravating. Heard that GameStop may have stock by 3/22. Reddit and other threads have many people say they seem to have small restocks at target and gamestops across the country. I tried target and GameStop near my office today. Nothing.

Game stop will be getting some tonight or tomorrow but the guy couldn't say "for the safety of our driver". They are going to have them tomorrow when I work at a different freaking office. Unbelievable.
