What does it mean that KH will be a "cloud version" and why is that a bad thing?

 

It means you can only play the game while connected to wifi. You have to stream the game

 

It's actually a pretty enjoyable game, based on what I played of it.

 

Dang I knew that Google and Microsoft were doing that through phones, but didn't realize Nintendo jumped on the bandwagon. I feel like Nintendo's online services are not good enough to handle that. Hell, it takes me like 5-10 minutes to connect to a new wifi network

 

I feel like it was probably a decision made by Square. But yeah it’s definitely not ideal.

 

Only a few games on the Switch use the cloud, but it's out there. So far it's Control, Hitman 3, A Plague Tale, and the upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy.

 

Sora fits right into the style of ultimate so effortlessly

 

Ubisoft has been doing it in Japan on Switch for years, it seems to work just fine

 

It's a streaming only version of the game. The streaming on Switch with previous titles such as Control and Hitman have been troubled and so not having any other option to play this on Switch is a bummer.

 

Also ill say it, waluigi fans are corny af and deserve to be disappointed

1000000000% absolutely. I wouldn't recommend getting the Switch versions though if you can help it, as cloud streaming obviously isn't the optimal way to play any game.

If you have a PS4 or PS5, you can currently get the "All-In-One" package for $99, which sounds steep, but it includes every piece of Kingdom Hearts content up to and including Kingdom Hearts 3 (KH1, Re: Chain of Memories, KH2, Birth By Sleep, the cutscenes from 358/2 Days, the cutscenes from Re:Coded, Dream Drop Distance, 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and KH3). You just don't get the full games of 358/2 Days and Re:Coded, which were both original DS games.
