I really really want Fire Pro Wrestling World on the Switch. And if not, some arcade style WWE game. Pleeeeaaaaase

 

My dock has rubber. So I guess we can assume that some docks don't have rubber, due to some production mistake?

 

seems like it. I hope someone posts a picture of a rubber-less dock, I'd like to see a comparison

The rubber is very subtle though so you might not notice it unlesss you feel around carefully

 

when I dock it I just make sure the back is of the tablet is almost sliding on the back wall of the dock. there's plenty of space there to not scratch it but I agree it should have been a little more thought out.

 

When I dock or undock mine, I treat it with the delicacy of a newborn baby. No scratches.

 

even if there were rubber bumbers I would still dock/undock super carefully.

 

Ha, I went to go take a picture of mine and apparently it *does* have the rubber part (the light grey part near the bottom). I thought you could see it from the side when I first looked. (Also not the easiest thing to take a picture of)

i thought just going with the wii u version of zelda would cool me down on wanting a switch, it's done the exact opposite. i know i shouldnt get one either, i can't think of anything else i really want for it anytime soon, maybe stardew valley but it doesnt really justify the purchase

 

I shouldn't buy a Switch. Can't really justify the purchase this close to the wedding.

But that hasn't stopped me from swinging by my Target during lunch time to see if they have any in stock. I honestly don't know what I would do if one day I arrived and they DID.

The Switch is portable, you can take it on the honeymoon, therefore Switch money can come from a honeymoon fund!

I like it. It is better than my current top plan which is to pretend the Switch is my Wii U and hope she doesn't notice.

Only reason I was able to get a Switch without incurring the wrath of my fiance was that absolutely bonkers trade-in deal GameStop was offering. I basically paid only $40 total for the Switch, Zelda, and a screen protector.

 

To be fair, my real problem is that she just bought me a PS4 for my birthday in May. And then she bought me like 4 games I wanted for Christmas. And I haven't had the chance to dive into them. She just genuinely doesn't understand why I can't just play the games I have and get the Switch later.

She is using logic and common sense to defeat me. It is horrible.

And my shouting / whining replies of "But ZELDA!" haven't had the desired effect.
