How many people here actually enjoy games?

 

There are actually a couple mobile games I currently play daily only because if I don't, I'll miss stuff. I don't actively hate it though.

Most of the time.

 

I think I do much more than most of the regular posters lol

 

Can confirm I dislike actually playing *most* video games lmao. I enjoy talking about them though.

 

At one point in my life my PC specs were really shitty and I got heavily into Achievement Hunter so I basically watched other people play games instead of playing games myself.

I fell off that wagon and got a better PC so I'm back in the saddle again. I finally 100%ed Fez.

 

I dislike playing most games because I fucking suck at them lol. But casual Nintendo games and the occasional Zelda title have a special place in my heart

(And I'm historically bad at Zelda, too. BOTW is the only one I've beaten, and I needed guides for some of it)

 

This right here. I love the medium, but I absolutely can’t play competitive games or online games. I can grind and upgrade though. Or play easy stuff and enjoy the story and atmosphere.

 

I just honestly find video games a little too “active” for me these days for my leisure time lol. I’d much rather actually not move/think by watching a tv show or movie, or even reading.

 

Love video games. But I won’t love any game more than I love Bushido Blade 1+2 for the PS1.

 

I dislike a lot of games, I just don’t like story mode and lack of long term playability for most of them.

 

I enjoy games. I’m a big fan of more difficult games like Hollow Knight and Cuphead. I also love platformers. Mario Odyssey is probably tied with Hollow Knight and Cuphead as my favorite games. Smash Bros. is a constant in my life, and Pokémon is always cool. I have tattoos of every game listed there too so I’m in deep with gaming. Haha

 

I know I've given like two responses to this question already, but for a more serious answer: I love video games. Maybe more now than I did growing up, because the sheer number of ideas out there now is staggering.

I mean, I mostly love games that remind me of my childhood, so JRPGs, platformers, and adventure games are my jam. But even beyond that, we have games for literally every type of fantasy.

We have a game where you can be a mischievous goose and terrorize a populace. That's awesome. Like, I can't think of a more golden age for gaming than right now.

 

Literally no one on this site enjoys anything lol

You're gonna have to excuse the excess of arm hair (I lost the genetic lottery on that one), and it might look slightly odd since I took the picture myself (so it's a little close-up), but it's kind of a joint Smash/Pokemon tattoo. It's the Smash Ultimate model of Pichu with the flower on their ear. I love my lil' friend.
