Still no release date, but this looks super good.

 

I played a few hours of sky and I have no clue what’s going on lol

 

Same! I get that it's trying to be artsy, but it would be nice to have at least some of the things in the game explained, otherwise it all feels pointless.

 

Unbound came out today and it’s pretty cool so far. It’s kind of like Hollow Knight and the Ori games.

 

Just played about three hours of The Outer Worlds, and damn is that game fun. Only gripe I have is the abundance of dialogue. I am enjoying the story though. Graphics wise I think it looks good on the Switch. I have it on the PS4 too, but only played about 15 minutes on there. I’m digging it.

However I just played the Yoshi's Fruit Adventure shine and I hated it just as fucking much as I did as a kid

See, now I like the game. It felt too small.

The thing I don't like is the lack of secrets/evolving Pokemon.

Started a new BOTW save last night, so I guess that's what I'll be doing until Baldo comes out.

I fell off of Fenyx Rising really fast. It just turned into the typical Ubisoft "collect all the things" kind of repetition after a few hours. The mechanics are good, but it's just not that interesting as a game.

Truly is a wonder why they didn’t put in evolving Pokémon. Has it been stated anywhere why?

 

It’s all about finishing levels like mario, getting all the spirits, all the wings, all the hidden spirits, all the spirits accessories, instruments and spells, making more friends, etc.

It’s an amazing game to just relax and vibe out to, I’ve made so many cool friends there and I’m so happy it’s compatible with the switch now.

They make good on their special events being very pay to play, unfortunately. This season is basically undoable unless you get the pass, it is limited edition which is cool but no thanks. The last season was for lgbtq and all the proceeds went to charity which was awesome but it was basically already ending by the time it got onto the switch console.

 

Going to finish Skyward Sword this weekend and then go right to BOTW. I am thirsty af for BOTW but will finish SS first like a responsible adult.

These SS dungeons are top notch, each one is more fun than the previous one

 

I'm still on the fence about SS just because I hate motion controls and using joycons. Seems like a PITA to use a pro controller. I'm also scared of giving my new joycons drift after my other ones got it haha

 

Dude just send the ones that are drifting to Nintendo, they will basically give you new ones for free.

I've done it with a pair of grey ones I bought for 20 dollars because they had drift and my original ones I got 3 years ago with my console, it's completely free and pretty damn fast service, usually 3 to 4 weeks.

 

I am also very meh on motion controls, it took a bit of getting used to but i'm having a blast now

 

Do you think Nintendo tests them before deciding whether or not they'll send new ones? The drift in my joycon isn't constant and not always easy to reproduce, but it's definitely there
