Downloaded Obra Dinn last night, was surprisingly enthralled for a couple hours, game is way more complex than I anticipated

 

I started it a while ago and...nah.

 

I just played it using a walkthrough. It would have been ridiculous without it. I don't care. I would have never known to light a fire on a specific bush to get to the next temple. And that's just one example.

I watched the walk-through to tell me where to go, then for the most part I would try to beat the dungeons on my own without help.

 

Started Ni No Kuni for switch today and it’s good

 

I’m all in on MHS2

 

It would be cool if they kept adding more monsters and then had different rare colors or patterns for monsters also

 

Wats the combat like

 

rock paper scissors with pokemon

 

Eh

 

But also, if they brought back z moves lol

 

They fixed two of Skyward Sword's biggest issues (Fi interrupting too much and item descriptions repeating every time you load a save file). That's huge.

Also, this game look gorgeous in 1080p/60fps.

Sounds like you can turn off motion controls too, I think that was my biggest issue with Skyward IIRC

 

I agree on one hand but on the other hand the motion controls were impressive regardless

 

The motion controls worked really well on the Wii. Having the option to play with buttons only is better though, obviously. That way if people want to use the motion controls, they can.

 

I dislike motion controls so I’m excited to play it with controller only.

 

I always like the idea in theory, but usually when it gets time to use motion controls i'd rather just use controller. Maybe not with this game though.

 

Are the Switch motion controls as accurate as Wii Motion Plus? I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t

 

I might try them again with this but yeah generally not a fan of motion controls, I don't even like them in Odyssey or BOTW

 

Looks like they also added autosave to Skyward Sword but didn't highlight it in that trailer for some reason

Still claims FE remake and DK game is coming out. Says the Zelda ports are pushed to next year

 

They are much better.

 

lol this dude needs to sit down after how much he got wrong about the E3 presentation

 

Are they in all cases? I’m pretty sure I read that the pointing is supposed to be less accurate back when the Switch came out, but maybe I am wrong
