Would absolutely love this but I wonder if it plus them remaking Advance Wars is a sign that there are no plans for GBA games to eventually appear on Nintendo Online?

 

It’s definitely just going to be the GBA trilogy with that name but man if it included any of the DS games too it’d be incredible

 

I have such little hope Nintendo will ever do anything nearly that great for Nintendo online.

 

I gave up on a good bc service for switch a long time ago

 

Still hoping for the original pokemon games tbh

 

Clearly the business model now is to just remake or rerelease old games with slight QOL improvements and menu upgrades for increased $$. We’ll never see anything anywhere near as good as virtual console again

Ummmm thinking about getting the Spyro trilogy on Switch, it's on sale and i've never played em. Someone tell me the games are great and i'll love em.


Ratchet and Clank as me looking for something somewhat similar. I know Spyro isn't nearly as much action.

 

The Spyro games are like, 1 of the 3 games my non-gamer wife will play lol

 

Yeah they're fun. Not especially challenging but they're a good time and full of character.

Spyro was my first favorite game and the remake is perfect

 

Spyro isn’t much like R&C. It’s more of a platformer and doesn’t have weapons or upgrades. There’s a big world though.

 

Haven’t played Spyro for a long time but I’ve always enjoyed the original trilogy.

 

Always meant to check out the remakes but never got around to it. The OG Spyro trilogy were three of the best games on PS1.

No, I wouldn’t make that connection. It would be a reason for those game specifically to not be on there.

That being said I don’t see it happening in the near future.

 

The original Spyro trilogy is better than any ratchet & clank game.

 

Apples and oranges. I like them both.

 

I bought the trilogy and played the first one but wasn't really enjoying it. I was kind of bored by just going to a world and looking for the frozen dragons. Maybe I should've given it more time, idk.
