I think both aren’t great, but I was glad they brought Gyms back. The trials sucked. I agree about the world though.

 

Sun and Moon were awesome

I played platinum on DS and it was fun. It’s actually the last Pokémon game I liked. Never played black/white, x/y, sword/shield and I didn’t enjoy sun/moon.

 

Dang, 130 green stars to go against Bowser in 3D World and I only have 91 oops lol

 

Just got there yesterday. Only playing with my wife and 6 year old. Very frustrating since he loves to kill us every chance he gets

 

I used the extra lives cheat, so it's not so bad losing a ton of lives. I've sacrificed Mario for lots of green stars.

Holy crap, didn't know this was a thing. Currently racking up my lives now lol thanks for the heads up!

 

I don't know what the cheat is but at all times I have like 30 lives lol

 

Depth perception constantly screws me in this game so I'm happy with having 1110 lives now lol. 100 stars now... 30 to go. Since I'm not the greatest at gaming, I consider it an accomplishment just to finish a world lol so I'm a little bummed they aren't optional

Are gamers gonna complain when they release the other galaxy the same way as skyward sword?

 

Probably, but that’s only because Nintendo is inconsistent with how things are priced for re-release and people are fed up with it. Why is Super Mario Galaxy, a Wii game, only worth $20 as part of the Mario collection but Skyward Sword, another Wii game, worth $60? And if they charged $60 for Galaxy 2, why? Galaxy 1 was being sold as part of a collection of games that totaled $60. And then Link’s Awakening, which was a full-on top-to-bottom remake of a Game Boy game, as opposed to just a remaster, was only $50. And most of the Wii U ports, which have just been straight ports, were either $50 or $60. Its not consistent.

 

Yeah, it’s nonsense but people still eat it up, unfortunately. Complaining doesn’t effectively get anyone to stop buying it, there needs to be a cohesive and effective argument thats not just yelling and complaining.

Not saying there won't ever be one but that game isn't coming out until next year so it's definitely not real yet

I just picked up 3D World and holy fuck I suck at these games

 

35 years since The Legend of Zelda and my favorite two games are still The Minish Cap and Wind Waker
i also have really fond memories of playing Four Swords Adventures back in my childhood home with my brother and some neighborhood friends. now that's a game they desperately need to port to Switch. much like Mario 3D World, some online or local co-op would work so well on this console.

 

Minish Cap is still top tier and under represented in the franchise.

 

It’s so dumb it took them so long to get fall guys, they better have some cool updates by the time it comes out
