Yeah indie games are not my thing at all so all I got was Mario Golf and a port of the worst Zelda game lol

It's clear they aren't working at 100% right now, they had to uproot literally everything, their whole game development philosophy is challenged by the current situation. They thrive on creative partnerships and working very closely with their teams. This must be brutal for them.

 

But you can play games without motion controls with detached joysticks? Drift would happen in any controller configuration.

 

What’s with all these lies? Skyward Sword is a top tier Zelda game

So Nintendo, that's an interesting way to show us "games releasing in the first half of 2021".

 

Good direct with good games. Probably a Pokémon direct of some sort next week

looking forward to golf the most.

 

I either play handheld or with the pro controller 99% of the time. I genuinely hate detached joycon playing.

My expectations were incredibly low but this was still less good than I was expecting. Nothing I care about at all aside from Monster Hunter until NMH3 in August.

Skyward Sword sucks, but if you like it you like it I won't hate

 

Damn, disappointment setting in. BOTW 2 is over a year away if not closer to two, Metroid (which in theory should have 3 games coming) is still a no show, no N64 or Gameboy on NSO, and instead of the easy move of a full Zelda anniversary suite of ports we're getting a remake of one game....honestly close to as bad as it gets. I get COVID has destroyed their plans but even the layup ports are being milked for all they are worth.

 

Not much there that personally interested me but im surprised by all the "boring" takes. Thought that had some decent surprises.
