God that sounds like such a pain in the ass

Do other consoles handle shared digital downloads better? Not sure how you'd prevent piracy any other way

 

I’ve been reading for about 30 mins trying to wrap my head around how to possibly manage getting my digital library on a second switch for my wife and it all seems so needlessly difficult

like I know that it can be managed, but I don’t like the idea of having to jump through several hoops when needing to register/deregister my switch as the primary switch in order for us to share a library freely

 

It's really not that complicated. Your secondary switch just needs to have wifi in order for you to play the games.

Wasn't 100% sure I was going to get it day one as I've still got loads to play and there's a lot out in March/April for me, but I couldn't say no when I saw a physical copy preorder for £26 lol

 

I think I'm nearing the end of DQ11. this story is just getting more and more batshit and I'm loving it. it just keeps going.

 

I bought it, prepurchase, and I haven't been able to play it because it said it wasn't available or whatever. I hate the eShop. I haven't checked to see if it works for a few hours now, but if it FINALLY releases then I would say yes. They added new storylines and marriage options and such.

 

The exact time a game releases on the actual release day is so random. 1st party games get the midnight treatment but everything else is random I feel like.

Pretty stupid.

 

Let's be real:

Nintendo doesn't understand how the internet works.

I'm surprised their site isn't hosted by Geocities.
