Just got a 256 GB SD card, I like to buy physical when it's an option but Rayman Legends for 12 bucks on the eShop is probably something I can't pass up

 

Also downloading Cuphead now

 

At my Walmart it’s $15 for the physical. I’m thinking of grabbing it along with Sonic Mania.

Rayman Legends is a top three 2D platformer of these last two gens easily imo. so is Cuphead if you consider it a platformer which i can see either side of

 

Yeah I have Origins and Legends on Vita, love both those games

 

I haven't! I've only played the Sword of Mana (GBA) and a little of the SNES game.

I have a $25 gift card for both Gamestop and Best Buy, and $40 for Target. Kinda inconveniently spread around, but Collection is $25 rn

 

Collection was 20 a few days ago at best buy! You absolutely have to get it Secret and Trials of Mana are incredible games that are better at what they do then any other action RPG game.

 

Slay the Spire is incredible. i am learning so much every run. i really dont like the art style but the minute to minute gameplay and the diversity of the mechanics are literally perfect to me.

@zigbigwig i see you playing a ton, have you cleared a run yet? how long did it take if so?

RIGHT? the gameplay is just so polished and well made, and it's very noticeable if you're a TCG player

yeah it doesn't take much to finish the first run (i think within the first or second day after buying it), and the focus of that first win is just learning the game. after that, the training wheels are off and your deckbuilding skills are really put to the test. after every finished run the difficulty level spikes up by 1 level (the effect depends). i'm alternating between 2 characters, one is currently at Ascension 8 and I think the other is at Ascension 3. it's amazing

 

I also recently picked up Slay the Spire. Most I've ever been into a run based game. Only beaten Ironclad once so far.

 

damn i had no idea, this is gonna keep me going forever

 

between Gungeon, Ori, Slay the Spire, Witcher, and Dragon Ball i am straight overwhelmed by how many directions im pulled in when i wanna play something rn
