When BOTW 2 comes out hopefully things will be different. It looks like it actually might be interesting this time around with some dark and suspicious content.

I was never a fan of the other Zelda games, so maybe that’s why I like BotW so much.

im enjoying Dragon Ball Heroes way more than expected. story/writing is terrrrrrible but theres a lot of little gimmicks and a shit ton of fan service, both of which come with some duds but most of it is fine to good. it has a gacha system but no mtx so its built into the gameplay and is as such way less predatory. if you dont love DB this will be a 3 out of 10 but if you do love it, it's one of the more novel games in a while. this and Fusions have broken the mold of just replaying the sagas over and over and i appreciate that. i hope we get a Fusions 2.

 

also its built in the Budokai Tenkaichi engine so it's very PS2 looking just upres'd but that's still a pretty good adaptation of the old art style and its nostalgic for me so i give it a pass

 

Picked up The Flame in the Flood on a rec from a friend. I’m super bad at it, but it’s fun.
