Most anticipated album of 2016, without a doubt. This is some new song and it sounds incredible.
I love Doug's vocals. He has quite an unique tone that can't be replicated.
I haven't got into Night Verses but I miss The Sleeping.
Well, in hindsight, listening to this live video of a brand new song probably isn't the best representation or way to hear them. I would recommend listening to their album Lift Your Existence in the order of the track listing. Or start with the EP Out of the Sky, also in order.
"Cathexis" is such a great fucking song.
LYE was my favorite record of 2014.
Yep it is that old ! It's been so long.
Don't remind me! It's still on regular repeat for me.
Doug's cleans and screams sound perfect. Can't wait to hear this
New LP 'Into the Vanishing Light' out 7/8
Night Verses - A DIALOGUE IN CATAPLEXY
ITS SO GOOD
Never got into Night Verses but willing to check out new stuff from them! I saw Doug fill in for Jason Butler with letlive. a few months ago and was really impressed.
New song is sick! Very stoked for this album.
Wow so good. Lift Your Existence was amazing and this sounds like a step up from that!
New song is fucking amazing.
Aric Improta is one of the best drummers right now.
Night Verses exclusively stream second album Into The Vanishing Light
The new Record is available to stream! So what do you guys think?
4 tracks in and I love it. My only complaint is the drum mix! Aric has some of the most interesting and complex patterns, but they are buried in the production.
Just listened to the full stream on a whim. I liked their debut, but only listened maybe twice. This album though, is on another level. Atmospheric, complex, well crafted, loud....... I'm going to hold off listening again until I get ahold of a real steam/download.
And that drumming is cosmic.
*aaaaaand I preordered the red/black splatter vinyl. This record will sound heavenly.
I'm very tempted to pick up the black and red splatter vinyl.
I like it. I'm glad that it's slightly shorter than Lift Your Existence. I'm also really surprised by how much of it is slower and more atmospheric.
