First single released, "Feed the Machine". It's probably the best thing they've done since The State.
In case anyone wants to listen. I'm actually surprised its a good, heavier song. I wouldn't go so far to say it's the best since State, since I thought their first two albums were pretty good.
Yeah tbh I enjoy the new song a fair amount for what it is... if they can make an album that consistent I'll be impressed.
Eh. I still wouldn't call it good. It's certainly better than what they have done over the last 15 years or so though.
That is pretty true. I think the opening is pretty good but the melody once the vocals start aren't as good as the intro would suggest it would be.
I definitely didn't expect them to release such a return to form song in 2017. It's good, though it surprisingly lack hooks, which makes it not as memorable as some of their early stuff. But yeah, at least it's better than anything they released post-The Long Road..... which is already 14 years old ? How is that possible ? Time flies so fast
Wow. 14yrs! Yeah feed the machine is a banger. If the whole album is up there with it I would be definitely considering going a live show
Well its not wrong lol, I remember someone did a mash up and its pretty similar. That being said I still like both songs. It wasn't until the Rock Star and Something In Your Mouth era that I dropped off this band.
Yep All The Right Reasons consisted of half awful half okay songs. Then I dropped out as well and only listened to the abysmal singles.
I've never seen or heard of that, but I'm debating clicking on it because you used the words "low point".....
Yikes. That said, I still like both Someday and How You Remind Me. Some of the criticisms thrown at them regarding their genericness are exagerrated. You strangely don't hear the same arguments when people are talking about pop punk.
