    One listen, incoherent thoughts:

Cave sounds great as ever, still incredibly captivating. Sonically this feels somehow spacious and dense - all credit to Ellis for his arrangements on that. Some beautiful strings (I can't remember which song but one of the early tracks created the same feeling in me that Thomas Newman's most soul-affecting compositions do), the muffled beats in the first half of the record are pushed way to the background in an effective way, the Twin Peaks-esque synth soundscapes on the last couple of tracks are gorgeous (Shattered Ground is my favourite song after one listen, for that reason).

White Elephant is quite something. Not sure what I think of that one yet.

Gonna give this a listen in a bit. Their score work is nearly always excellent.
