*ducks* I've never been able to get in to Green Day

 

By “won’t tolerate” I mean I’ll be big mad about it and mostly keep to myself

 

I don’t think they’re even that great, it’s just weird how huge of a cliff they fell off

 

I don’t think it’s that weird. It’s more weird that they were a very successful 90’s band and then released a generational classic as their seventh album, and maybe even were the last world-conquering rock band.

 

I’m going to that Green Day/FOB tour this summer and am excited because I somehow missed both bands growing up

I saw Green Day with AFI once and it was a great time

Green Day is one of the best live bands I've ever seen, I've seen so many of those "you HAVE to see them live" bands and most of em aren't as good as Green Day is live

Green day is very good live. Justin Timberlake is the best I've ever seen live.

 

Because that's really funny actually, that'd be a good day for me!

a friend in middle school was the biggest fucking fan of Green Day and that's all i heard when i spent time at his house. just non-stop Green Day. and back then they only had 4(?) albums of material and one of them was total shit (the first one) so i got burned out on GD reeeeeeeally quickly, even though Dookie is great and the other two before that have some solid jams.

 

All my friends were like this with blink and NFG hence me disliking both a ton
