@preppyak His contract isn’t that bad that you ship off a 2nd round pick. I didn’t even wanna give up a 3rd to ship off Foles and he makes easily more than double what Gurley makes. I get that Gurley is expensive for a running back but yeesh, that’s so much to give up just to save $10M (which is starting to be like, the base pay for an average WR2 / CB2 / guard etc.) You can just as easily cut one bad free agent and free up the same space and give up no draft picks haha

 

It’s so hard to trade down but it really is the best thing for your team haha

Looked at a house today. I would never usually consider buying a house because I know shit about fixing stuff and renting works in your favor that way but this house is somehow barely over 100K and it’s actually quite stunning. It was a shithole that someone bought and fixed up and they’d make like a 60K profit but could easily sell it for an extra 20-30K if they wanted.

really debating if I want to pay for a 3rd party inspector because I don’t quite trust it. Seems to good to be true but who knows.

also not really sure if I want to seriously buy this thing. That’s a major life change and I prefer things simple and as they are lol

bad / good memory @CarpetElf, i am currently in Wisconsin. most houses in my area are 175-225K so 100K is still "ehhhhhhh?" territory but this one, at least visually, looks amazing. now to find out the roof has 6 months before it collapses and the foundation is a garbage dump and THAT'S why it's 100K.
