Totally flexing here but I gotta show y’all some of what I’m working on lately. I have a bad habit / vice of eating out all the time usually, so making eating at home just as satisfying during social distancing has been a fun challenge.

Southwestern blackened mahi. Brushed with an avocado crema and garnished with fresh cilantro. Served with ancho chile-lime asparagus and homemade guacamole.

 

Only thing that would’ve made this better is a corn / black bean salsa. Just thought of that now. Oh well I’ll do that instead of guacamole next time. I just wanted to use all these fresh avocados haha

Man I just never fully got into mad men like other people. I’m always just so meh on it.

 

Mad Men is the best show of its era.

Like I’ve watched through it two or three times and I’m always just left with “that was just a bunch of people doing bad things and never having consequences”

 

Yea, it’s a gross premise where nothing good ever happens but it’s really well done.
