Wouldn't be surprised to see the Pats move up into the 2nd with one of their 3rds and a future pick or something to even the gap between picks. The Pats hate having long breaks between picks.

My best Colts guess in January: no QB at 13 unless Tua or Herbert falls to them, one of the Fromm/Eason/Love group either at 34 or a trade up into the late 1st to get the 5th year option on them

I don't think about rb arguments because most of them are taken out of context, you take the best player on the board and if that's a rb and you have a need for it you weigh it with whoever else is closest. Having an excellent rb really helps, especially if the rest of your skill positions on offense are lacking. The Titans have an average af wr core with an average as hell qb and still Henry carried them.

 

A team full of good-to-average > A team with one or two elites.

San Francisco and Tennessee did it the way I would do it.

Also, AJ Brown is anything but average

 

AJ brown is solid but everything around him was shit, as a whole it's average

To be fair,

1) Cowboys not making the playoffs was a MASSIVE failure of coaching, while Jags and Panthers had too many holes on their rosters to be good this year.

2) YPC is far more indicative of how your line is blocking / how well your coach’s gameplan is adapting to the defense, rather than how your RB is running. If you call predictable runs and have subpar blocking, even with a great back it’s hard to do better than 3.9-4.0 YPC
