ugh. I can't wait for Gardner Minshew to absolutely suck so we can stop overhyping him after like 2 good games.

 

They're not though. Like, I definitely look at their depth chart and THINK they have limited talent, but they actually did a pretty good job last year making it hard for teams to keep up with their offense.

Yeah Chiefs defense is very serviceable. It's not GREAT, but it can get the job done that it needs to do.

 

Sorry to bring this up again but actually I think Epenesa instead of Lamb is better for the team

Would like Lamb. Would also be very worried about defensive end haha. I'm not that worried about WR if we don't address it until Day 3, meanwhile.

Hmm....lemme check. Yep, Jameis did beat Gardner, while Minshew was 16/27 for 140 yards and a QBR of 8.5

 

Smoot + Anae is serviceable. Teams dont need two elite DE.

We're lucky because we have these huge trees at the end of our yard right next to our fence that blocks all our our backyard neighbors view into our yard even though they're right behind us, but we all share the same fence that divides us so when the times comes i'm not sure if I should try to get them to split the cost lol

 

I'd rather take pressure off Minshew than put it all on him though. Also a reason why I prefer taking defenders high.

Right, I chose the Bucs since, according to Randall, they're all offense and no defense, and Minshew put up an 8.5 QBR on no defense.

I can't explain our defensive failures last year. But I do know we now have, WAY WORSE cornerbacks in coverage and WAY WORSE defensive tackles against the run, than we already did last year. So I think we are gonna need two very good defensive ends haha

 

Like, I just don't see anything special about Minshew, and maybe i'm just misreading it but you guys talk about him like he's a top-10 proven guy and to me he's just another guy.

 

And to continue beating another dead horse, if Caldwell picks Epenesa over Lamb, he should be fired for the 800th time.

 

We talk about him like we talk about him haha. No one has said hes top ten. He's promising. Last year showed a lot of promise.

 

That's my ceiling projection for him. I don't think it's likely he'll be that good but their style of play / prototype is very close.

 

I'm still holding on hope we clean house and then steal Jeaux Brady. So let's stockpile offense.
