NFL needs to quit fucking around and just do what the NBA does and have like 100 different uniforms, most of which are dope but one of which is TERRIBLE.

That dumbass helmet rule ruined it. Color Rush was their middle ground. Every team got a minimalist version of their uniform as an alternate. I agree though, I think a team should wear six uniforms a year.

The Mavs jersey is the garbage one.

 

I know the article said it’s a “small change” but Patriots need to go back to their red jerseys. Holy hell those are amazing.

I get it though, the Dolphins have always had amazing jerseys. It's actually great to see a team brand so well.

Someone like the Raiders or Steelers have huge brand recognition because they barely have changed a thing since 1960, the Dolphins have had like 4 different main uniforms since then, all of them have been perfect. The current ones are probably the worst. But they are still absolutely amazing.

 

Packers Chiefs, Niners, Raiders and Bears have the best uniforms in the league. the 1980/1990s Dolphins set is also a top 5 set. Steelers would be higher if they went back to the block numerals instead of that goofy ass font.

 

Packers home is the best, everything else is kinda just average.

Raiders are too boring for too long. Niners are good.

 

Chargers and Redskins actually could have the best uniforms in the league and make a constant decision to look like shit anyway.

 

Hot take but I think almost all throwbacks are ugly, especially the rams throwbacks. Navy and gold is so much easier on the eyes.

I love the iconic look of uniforms from the 60s/70s/80s/90s basically - this also includes NBA and MLB.

for whatever reason once 2000 hit so many teams fucked up their identities by trying to look futuristic and modern and it sucks. The Falcons, Cardinals, Vikings, Bengals have such shitty uniforms now because of it when their look from the 70s and on was perfect
