Oh lord I need to stay off Twitter today

 

Cannot wait for Cam to have a new team before Winston.

 

They announced today players aren’t allowed to have physicals until the virus is more under control. I can’t see a team making him an offer under those circumstances. But we’ll see.

 

They're allowing teams to put "pending a physical" language into contracts to protect against stuff like Cam.

 

And I don’t think he’ll be happy with all the one year deals team throw at him.

 

I think Denver might be the landing spot

 

Every team who has a question mark at QB should be interested in Cam, but they won’t be

 

Eh idk he definitely wouldn’t be on my list, he’s taken a beating in his career and I’d be surprised if he gets back to a decent level of play

 

Chargers need to do it

 

He's definitely still better than some other starters right now but he's in a weird spot. Rebuilding teams probably don't want a 31-year old dude coming off multiple injuries. Win-now teams already have their QB, hence why they're win-now. The Chargers are the exception to that and I could see him ending up there. But they're also in a good position to land a young QB in the draft. Chicago makes sense but they just traded for Foles. I suppose they could still sign Cam but what a weird situation that'd be. Denver makes the most sense to me. I'm not sold on Lock, but I'm also not sold on Cam being good for more than 1-2 years. He can't throw it deep anymore, he's never been very accurate, and he's going to be less and less of a threat with his legs as he ages. It's just a really bad time for him to be looking for a new deal.

I don't think he is a long-term option. But Cam disagrees. He asked for an extension and Carolina said no. So he clearly wants security. It'll be interesting to see what happens.

 

If he was super cheap I'd welcome him on the Steelers to be honest

 

Chargers should take Tua. Jump ahead of the Dolphins.

 

Yeah but why spend money on a QB who’s only gonna decline? Nothing about Cam is ascending. Like you’d be spending money on a QB you have to do serious damage control to protect.

Still think the Dolphins get it done with just two first round picks this year.

One of my close friends is their lead designer and he has been telling me for weeks now that Cam was getting released, there's no trade market for him. The posts came AFTER the info. 100% agreed. People blaming them are insane.

 

Cam should go to Jacksonville, Los Angeles, or New England

 

It’s hard to imagine a world with Cam and Belichick together.

 

New England makes the most sense but they are apparently going full rebuild.

 

Cam should go to LAC to mentor Jordan Love

 

I can't get behind Jordan Love as a prospect.
