Yep. We have national offices across the country and Europe. We’ve already shut down our Boston, Berlin, and London offices and working from home. May end up that way here too

 

id be okay with working at home full time, maybe this will push my employer to actually consider it

I don't really need to be in the office to work, I just deal with sensitive information which is why I figure they are reluctant

 

Same and I work in senior living

 

we have execs in europe right now that are scrambling to get home before the ban kicks in on friday and it is mass hysteria trying to help them get flights and confirmations. this is fucking nuts. company i work for is huuuuuuuuge and we've had people coming and going from all over the country and globe (as usual) which has a lot of people here very tense and i can only imagine how tomorrow is gonna go after all the news tonight.

I’ve been taking precautions because I wouldn’t want to spread anything to someone else but I’m honestly not that worried about myself haha. It’s literally life as usual for me except I’m washing my hands more.

As a young ish person with a strong immune system, it’s unlikely to threaten me - even if I came down with it I’d probably just treat it at home like a flu and not want to add to the hospital overcrowding.
