Went recently to do blood work, anxiety was so bad I had a panic attack immediately after, I get home and my girlfriend informs me that they fucked up because to take your lipid test you need go be fasting, otherwise its inaccurate. So I have to go back and do that lol

if it makes you feel any better, exposure therapy has been proven to reduce anxiety and increase feelings of being able to handle a phobia. It may seem like you’re subjecting yourself to something shitty twice ... but psychologically your brain has already adjusted its anchoring heuristic and learned from experience that the panic was self induced and not external. Subconsciously it might be easier the second time because of the recent familiarity.

The good news is 1) now you know exactly what to expect 2) this time you’re prepared for how you might react, and can focus on breathing exercises the second you start to feel some worry

You're in the right area for that industry. I used to work for a company that supplied parts to companies up there and there are so many robotics companies in Massachusetts. I guess it's the MIT/Harvard effect

Yeah, this is why the Saints and Eagles are in tough shape for 2022. Eagles are at $500k of cap space with I think 28 players. Saints have $30mil in space with like 25 players...but what they do to get under the 2021 cap is going to push them close to $0 or below.

Conversely, the Steelers have dick for cap space in 2021, but have $170+ mil for 2022, so, there's room to be creative. Bucs too, think they're like top 5 in free space in 2022.
