It’s insane that soda companies made a sugar free soda that is actually worse for you than the processed sugars dumped in regular soda. Probably a hot take but I think soda companies are arguably as evil as cigarette companies

i may be wrong but from what ive heard diet soda was oringinally introduced specifically for ppl w diabetes. im not really educated on diabetes at all but i guess since its artificial sugar it doesnt affect them as much. still the way its marketed is so dishonest.

whats also very fucked up is how hard it is to buy something at the grocery store that isnt a coke or pepsi product. they have basically monopolized food.
