Frankly I agree with you that no team would/should offer him more than the vet minimum but also we just traded a 3rd for Duke Johnson to be a situational back, I wouldn't be surprised if we somehow gave Lamar Miller a "real" contract

 

theres a lot of local talk the 2nd rounder will be used for a RB or WR

 

As long as it's BPA that sounds good, I'll take a good RB in round 2 over a shitty corner just to fill a need

I think it's deep enough that we can get a future starter in the 2nd, that does not seem unreasonable

Whereas I see no way we get a future outside starter at CB in the 2nd
