If the Carolina offer is accurate...then Im very intrigued what the Lions are thinking. Having picks #7 and #8 right now feels way more valuable than what is probably pick #25 in 2022 and 2023. Gives them the ammo to move to #3 if they want one of the QBs (or stay put and take whichever guy drops), and if not, it becomes easy to replace Golladay with one of those picks.

CAR wasnt wedded to Bridgewater, so if you need a fill in QB, ask for #8 and Bridgewater.

I mean...the Rams had to overpay because A) their offer didn't include a pick for this year and B) the Lions were taking Goff from them. It's really not that much of an overpay compared to what the Panthers were offering. Number 8 + a 6th vs. A future first and a 3rd are pretty close if you just accept the other first was a bribe to take goff haha

You guys just have to give it up at this point. He's playing forever. He'll never retire. Super G will never win and he'll never come home. He's gonna play until he's 85 and he's gonna be in the Super Bowl every other year regardless of how old he is. He is a human cyborg sent to dominate football, and probably will set his sights on Bocce Ball when he is 85 and too old to play finally.
