I work in hockey. It makes me kinda hate hockey.

 

Being from the Detroit area and white, a Midwestern guy super into punk/emo, everyone I meet is shocked at how little into hockey I am. When the Red Wings are in the playoffs I watch but the last I was seriously invested was when they lost to the Penguins in 09, around then I got more into soccer as the last one of the four or five sports I invest much time into

 

he scored his first goal with us tonight actually! During a 5 goal run in one period!

 

@CarpetElf describes the Metropolitan division as “1 Jaguars and 7 Titans” and I got a big laugh out of that lol.

Go Preds. And maybe I’ll pick up the Kraken once I’m out in Seattle

although in general I’ve watched like 6 or 7 of the nationally televised games this year plus a Preds game. I think it’s becoming my favorite winter sport to watch over NBA and NCAAB

although I barely have time to follow the sport as it is right now, once they start playing next year it’s gonna be hard to keep up, but fun to be part of the journey since before day 1.

 

Whenever I hear kraken these days I think of bogus conspiracy election fraud evidence that will never surface. As a result, I now think of you two as deranged qanon election truthers. Sorry.
