Tbh this draft is proof that the good teams draft well no matter how stupid the talent is

Patriots stole probably the best linebacker in the draft, Jamie Collins.

Packers got Bakhtiari, easily now a top 3 LT in the league, in round 4 and also snagged Eddie Lacy and Micah Hyde who were instrumental contributors

Saints got Terron Armstead, probably a top 10 LT in the league in round 3 despite having no round 1 or 2 pick

Eagles and Chiefs were like “these WRs suck, let’s take TEs” and came away with Ertz and Kelce, two of the best in the league

Ravens just chilled and drafted at least a top 10 NT (Brandon Williams) at round 3 and the leagues best fullback (Kyle Juszcyzk) in round 4

 

The Saints offense was a terrible fit for him those first few years. Pass heavy with Pierre Thomas, Darren Sproles, Chris Ivory, and Mark Ingram all having to split whatever little handoffs there were.
