Not that the Pro Bowl is good or anything, but are we really saying a QB that has made one pro bowl in 12 years is good?

right now Stafford is better than Burrow but I mean obviously the Bengals aren't trading him for Burrow - but I should have included the Chargers by my own logic so for that I apologize

 

he plays in a division where 2/3 pro bowl QBs are written in week one lol

 

Yeah its so dumb that terrible players make it every year and Stafford has only made one? In the NFC? Jared Goof has made two pro bowls

Agree with all of these and even if you discount say the Bengals, Jags, Jets and Browns who are gonna draft young QBs, or have recently drafted #1 overall QBs, that’s still like 2/3 the NFL haha

 

Well he's also had Rodgers, Brees etc in the same conference so

 

Stafford just seems like the perfect guy to elevate a team that's ready made into one championship

It wont be a long term thing but he can get one in the right situation with some luck

I like Stafford, I just hope its not the Colts (it will be)

 

the pro bowl is a popularity contest more than anything else FOH with that

 

yeah I'm just basing it on what the current 2020 season QB was for those teams - obviously the Bengals and Chargers will keep their young guy and the Jets, Dolphins, and Jags are going to improve that position too

I’m also gonna tack this on to Ryan Tannehill though. He is doing very well and I’m happy for him he gets to be a real QB in TEN. But that 33 & 7 ratio definitely has a lot to do with linebackers, safeties, and opposing coaches being terrified of Derrick Henry lol.

I hope the Niners follow tkamB's advice and keep Jimmy G because that's one less team to worry about in the NFC

 

Tanny is a tough one because both are true. He is playing significantly better than he did in Miami, and part of that is because he is talented and part of it is he is in an offense that accentuates his talents and hides his warts.

 

Russell Wilson, Aaron Rodgers, and Drew Brees also exist in that conference.

 

hopefully this year is the beginning of no more Pro Bowl games
