the restaurant can’t just order more drums or more flats, they come pre proportioned. What happens is the people who ask for “all drums” are the reason there are only flats left later that night.

Doug did a great breakdown on his drafting too, and the guy basically nails defensive picks all the time...which is why its not an accident that basically every D-Coordinator he's ever had has become a head coach elsewhere (that doesnt have the D talent). Flores is looking like the exception, but, MIA also bought a defense that has that level of talent.

Hiring a Belichick OC is the worst decision you can ever make. Josh McDaniels and BoB seem to have uniquely destroyed the teams they were in charge of

 

Belichick and Saban are also the coaches who built such uniquely strong cultures in their organizations and are so clearly the alpha dogs that they can thrive with coaches who are strong football minds and bottom-of-the-barrel character guys and then it all comes apart when they fly the coop.

like I don’t doubt that McDaniels is a top 5 OC in the league (and at times is the single best playcaller), but he struggles so much with the added responsibilities of being a head coach that it doesn’t matter

 

I like boneless wings more than bone-in wings and I don't care who knows it
