Compared to Josh McDaniels, yes absolutely because he’s not Josh McDaniels and seems to have a semblance of people management and leadership skills.

Overall, I’d give a lukewarm yes. It’s hard to decouple what he has done vs what Reich has done but the offense has been better than they had any right being with Brissett and past-his-prime Rivers at QB. Maybe it’s the QB situation, but they’re not doing anything so innovative with the offense that it’s specifically noteworthy over some of the other coordinator options like Daboll or Bienemy, and he is not the coordinator I would have expected to lose. I don’t think he’s a top 5 OC in the league, but I’d prefer not to lose him.

I do appreciate the irony of the Eagles being between McDaniels and the Colts’ OC a few years after the Colts poached the Eagles’ OC after McDaniels blew up in their face

 

I think fraley and hugh would be a big upgrade, they just need a qb lol

I’d be surprised if Dorsey leaves when daboll is leaving next season but hey, that would be cool for the lions

 

Yeah I’d be down with either of them. I’m trying to not be too optimistic, but surround Campbell with two good coordinators is ideal
