Pardon the shitty picture quality, I was hungry and impatient. But this is the Brazilian picanha + chimichurri steak tacos I was talking about.

Came out a little more rare than expected but that’s traditionally how picanha is served, tasted great and it should heat up nicely as leftovers because of it.

I absolutely nailed my pico de Gallo this time, perfect amounts of lime / salt / jalapeño... and the chimichurri is AMAZING.

My lady just made biscuits and gravy from scratch for breakfast, it was glorious.

 

I just had scrambled eggs and microwave grits and now feel inadequate
