he was never on the active roster and the practice squad doesn’t exist anymore since they lost (they signed most of those guys to futures deals) so I think he was technically a free agent

they have that rule for COVID where you can call guys up to the active roster for a game and then send them back down and they’re technically still on the practice squad

 

But Rudolph looked competent against the browns what If he wins 8 games and they sign him to an extension
