Expecting a rookie to come in and playing at a top level in his rookie season is asking for a lot. I wish, I fucking WISH, the Eagles would draft a good corner, but it just hasn’t happened. I was really hoping Sidney Jones would buck the trend.

In your defense, the Eagles haven’t invested a round one pick on a corner in years now and maybe they should! I wouldn’t be opposed to it this year. Bring in Byron Jones, draft a rookie corner in round one (Kristian Fulton?), and roll with Avonte Maddox in the slot. I would love to see that.

I fear them bringing back Jalen Mills to play along with Byron Jones and putting off drafting a corner until round three or four and then Mills sucks ass AGAIN and we need a new corner this time next year.
