Nice to see Orlando Brown Jr. get a second pro bowl.. Ravens got so many steals in that draft after the Lamar pick (Brown, Andrews, Deshon Elliott, Bozeman + Averett is a solid backup CB and Sieler has been playing great for the Dolphins).

Brown had an awful combine but had no business dropping to pick 83

 

Chinn and Burns are pro bowlers in my book

 

In last year’s Madden game I started tracking the rookies from the Daniel Jones draft year to see how long they stayed with their drafted team, what the contracts looked like and what their overall / careers ended up being. I did this for like, 25 simulations and in each and every one Daniel Jones was either cut or traded by the end of his 3rd year, basically a backup for years 4 &5 and then an unsigned free agent by year six.

No one else got cut or traded so soon or was an FA by year 6 ever. Just him lol

this is players I actually had a good opportunity to draft and waited too long. Like, I “wishlist” wanted Deion Sanders and Tony Boselli but the way the draft fell, I explicitly chose Lawrence Taylor and Charles Woodson over them.

may still try to trade for Carter or Taylor. Julius Peppers would’ve been amazing instead of Justin Smith but my linebackers, secondary, and offensive blocking (including Franco and Ditka) are awesome lol.

Still ended up with 5 of the top 20 linemen of all time. Im pretty sure I’d put Larry Allen and Jonathan Ogden in the top 5.

 

Larry Allen.... WHEW. Without him Emmitt Smith doesn’t become the leading rusher of all time.

 

Not sure how you got here but I'm okay with it. I played around with a couple scenarios and kept getting BAL or TEN as #7 and I am not at all here for that. Miami isn't great either, but preferable to those two I think.

The Colts are my preferred matchup. I'm not sure Rivers would be well suited to play a game in Buffalo in January. The snow thing is often overstated when it comes to Buffalo weather, but it DEFINITELY gets worse here in January and February as far as bitter cold and wind, and I'm just not sure how that works in his favor.

One thing I did figure out from the playoff machine is that the Bills somehow win every possible 3-way tie at 12-4, so if the Colts beat the Steelers and Bills beat the Patriots, they're locked into#2 and week 17 against Miami will be a Matt Barkley/TJ Yeldon game

 

Browns need to cut Cody Parkey now before they go to the playoffs. If not, it will only end bad for them.

 

Well the browns will definitely lose to the jets now haha
