everyone knows mine but imma say it anyway. Fuckin 3 scores up on the Patriots in the AFCCG leading into the fourth quarter. Several poorly gameplanned 3 and outs, a called back fumble return TD, and multiple BOGUS PI penalties later... we lose our closest shot we’ve ever had at the Super Bowl.

 

The Jags coaches were terrible that game and are definitely culpable for the loss because they got scared and soft with their play calling. But I still say the officiating is what drove the nail in the coffin.

We probably don’t lose a three TD lead in one quarter with the league’s best defense, without those atrocious refs. Pats were granted 40 cheap yards and immediate red zone field position on two separate drives, and even with those PI calls we still should’ve had another TD from Myles Jack. The refs just made too many game changing, egregious mistakes in one playoff game to not forever feel cheated / slighted by it.

But home field advantage includes refs giving the other team a hard time I guess. I can hate it all I want but that won’t change it. Just gotta get a coach with some balls that doesn’t give a shit and knows how to win anyway.

My semester is over!!

My programming project wasn't due till Friday but I just stayed up all night and did it all at once cause I'm tired of it weighing on me, lol.

Wasn't actually that bad. Took me maybe 6 hours to write 5 programs. I also did a final proofread / meeting for a 25 page, group-project final paper and signed up for healthcare tonight.

I've been stressed out about having to do all that, feels gooooooood to have it all knocked out

 

Lions/Ravens, Monday Night Football.

The Ravens scored zero touchdowns. But kicked 6 field goals, with the game winner being a 61 yarder.

A win, and we would've pretty much been close to locking up the division/a playoff spot.

Instead we lost out the rest of the year.

 

I've leased out a local theater near me to continue to work on my musical masterpiece entitled "Get Over It." When it's ready, jag fans around the world will be sent a special invitation lol.

 

This game is actually one of my favorite memories as a pats fan. I was working in an Apple store, and i couldn't get time off for the game so like....40 of us were stuffed in the backroom streaming it on one iMac while like 3 people manned the floor. And when Cundiff missed the kick there was like a roar from the backroom that customers could here on the floor haha

The Lions don’t have a GM or coach, I don’t see why the stance on Stafford would have changed since Ford said the incoming coach would evaluate. But who knows, I certainly don’t.

 

Media tied to a team that may be looking for a QB says that a prominent QB will be available. I see no ulterior motive here

 

Hopefully it’s a real interview and not just to satisfy the rooney rule
