Wouldnt shock me, his $8mil guarantee for next season is now voided, and the new GM might want those cap dollars for his own players

whole secondary sans Reid is going to need reworking

I forgot how bad the Texans cap situation is, despite also being a dogshit team. The correct move is basically to cut everyone they traded for last offseason...

Restructure Cooks, cut/trade both Johnson's, either extend or trade Roby, trade Watt....hope you can keep Fuller on a Tyler Boyd type contract. And that assumes they want to loosely compete in 2021. If they want a full rebuild, then you trade basically every known name that isnt Watson and Tunsil

Texans having to full rebuild while having a franchise quarterback, left tackle, middle linebacker, and defensive end is like, next level mismanagement.

    I would:

Cut David Johnson, McKinney, Martin, Kelemete, Dunn, Fulton
    Cut/trade Roby
    Extend/trade Watt
Keep Duke until/unless you get his replacement for cheaper
Try to bring Fuller back for cheaper now

Sign/draft younger players this offseason, try to compete for 8-8 next season off Deshauns brilliance

then in 2022 get rid of Cobb, Murray, Mercilus and finally have picks and space to replenish the roster fully with no terrible contracts on the books anymore

a full rebuild is not necessary imo when you have your franchise QB already, NFL has a high enough variance that you can compete again pretty quickly

They should give the jets a first round pick to take a bad contract or two.

Funny enough, I think hes the easiest cut in the world. $5mil in cap space, no dead money, and the number of free agent RBs that are out there during a normal season is massive. If you can sign a Devonta Freeman in Week 3, you can find a Duke replacement

Very true, he'll probably be replaced with one of the mid round picks

    Yes Jenkins is great.

It made me look up our center...

and actually Brandon Linder is the 2nd rated center on PFF. Highest pass blocking grade. So proud even though our team sucks. That’s yet another piece that we have in place already to help a young QB

The nfl also said there was only 1 close contact last Monday when Ingram and Dobbins tested positive. This is such a shit show.

It’s gotten to the point that this is openly hilarious; like the replacement refs fucking up the call on the Fail Mary.

NFL has no control, has shown no actual desire to take control (Titans, Raiders, etc got docked like $1million and a few late rounders combined), and can’t even f’ing trace

100% going to be false positives

if the Ravens have more confirmed positives I think it's time to accept the fact that they are a lost cause and to bury them in a lead dome somewhere far from civilization

and maybe after that, they will forfeit.
