I'm fairly confident it's going to be Saleh, but I think they'll also grab someone he's familiar with as GM like Adam Peters.

Ed Dodds turned down Cleveland last year because they wouldn't let him hire Robert Saleh. Only reason I think it's gonna be Dodds tbh so who knows

If we get Saleh, I want him to work out here probably more than any prior coach we've had honestly

 

It's hard too, because we're one of the most unappealing jobs out there. Won't have a top 5 pick, have terrible owners, don't have a good young QB, defensive roster is a disaster.

So my department needs a new Director and one of the fuckhead Sales guys has a meeting about the job later this week. I’m currently updating my resume and looking at jobs because if he somehow gets the job then I need a new one ASAP because I’m not working for that idiot. I only deal with him about ten minutes a day and already want to put him through a wall with every conversation.
