Probably won't know the full extent of Burrow's injury until swelling goes down, but MCL damage is far ...better... than PCL damage for an athlete.

If there's anything stacked on top of an ACL injury, MCL is best case.

Roof update - estimate today was 16k lol. Bringing in three more roofers for estimates.

Thing about a roof is you don't wanna fuck around and be cheap. And having no roof knowledge makes it hard to make a decision.

I also think NJ is just really expensive. My dad had a new roof done for 7k a few years ago. Even adjusting for the rise in construction costs, my roof that is probably only 10-15% bigger would be double? Just seems wild.

they don't recommend putting 3-tab shingles on roofs anymore so the dimensional shingles are definitely more expensive but still.

part of my job is cost estimating large scale replacement projects for condo associations, and to give you a really rough estimate, you're talking $4-5 per SF roof....unless you need to have a lot of plywood replaced in which case it could get upwards of $7-8/SF

 

At 5 a SQ foot that's 11k. Which is more in line with what I was thinking. Though that 16k included soffit vents and a ridge vent I don't know how expensive that is.

 

I'll do it for 6k.

Wonder if juju takes a discount deal to stay in pittsburgh. He isn't lighting it up this year but is such a good locker room guy and incredibly dependable.

But at the same time you have johnson who has emerged and claypool will probably be a number one. Steelers are a wide receiver factory.

Probably not going to break the bank for one of the truly elite guys, but something like Samuel/Pittman/Campbell could be a sneaky fun WR trio
