Id say those are all the loseable games, though if they are 15-0 I dont see them sitting the starters, especially since they will have a Round 1 bye anyway.

But I dont love the odds of getting through both Lamar and Josh Allen, or both the Ravens and WFT defense, without us hitting a snag that makes winning them all doable.

 

any of ya'll ever have neighbor problems?

I live in a townhome (its not an HOA so I can't complain there) and my neighbor is a degenerate with no job that hoards. He blares his music for hours every day and has his sub right against our wall and vibrates our house. We've tried asking him nicely, tried arguing with him, etc and he doesn't care and says he will do whatever it is he wants and that he does not answer to anybody.

the cops don't give a shit as long as they can't hear it from outside (usually you cannot) or he doesn't do it late at night (thankfully he usually doesnt) but since we're stuck at home now I have to hear it all fucking day...

 

My solution would be having a spite war.

 

Is he a youth? Play that high pitched sound that only youths can here.

 

Burn his house down without damaging yours

 

Neighbor problems are the worst. If he doesn't respect your space, the worst you can do is get into a pissing match with him if the cops won't do anything.

I’ve had some bad luck with loud neighbors. If I can’t reason with them I usually try calling the property manager if it’s a rental. There’s usually something in the lease about disturbing neighbors. If it’s not a rental I’d check the local ordinance to see if there is a nuisance ordinance thats broader than hearing it from outside and when you call the cops discuss that ordinance. Inconsiderate neighbors are the worst though. I’ve always just ended up moving eventually.

 

Yeah just say it smells like drugs or you found cocaine in front of his house or something. That's the route I'd take. It's fucked but if he's genuinely being trashy, so be it.

we've had the cops out numerous times and since you typically cannot hear it outside, they don't care. The one guy literally said "yeah you're basically shit outta luck" unless its after 10pm

we are going to be moving to a standalone home once my fiance is done with grad school but that won't be for another 1.5 years

 

Alternatively, you could get a drill, wait for him to not be home, drill a small hole about maybe 1.5cm in diameter, get some bees from your local bee store, feed them through a tube into his apartment, and there you go.

That just sucks, what a jerk. Last ditch effort might be to go to a local council meeting and ask some members if they know of a way to address this type of issue. Any ordinances or anything.

 

Put a sign up on your lawn that says "My Neighbor eats the dog poop off his lawn. Please have your dogs relieve themselves there."

There is NOTHING illegal about that.

 

Neighbor problems are the fucking woooorst. My neighbors were rude as fuck, loud, screaming all the damn time. We wound up confronting them via the apartment complex management and it's gotten a little better. Also, his daughter's a stripper. Also, I like Elf's bee idea. Also, you def should enter into and win a pissing match.
