Can't wait to watch the Chargers lose another game in a uniquely heartbreaking way. It's a time-honored tradition at this point.

Dude I'd be ALL in on the Chargers tanking. Right now (pre-FA) they're the most likely to land Penei Sewell

I've said it before in here. That's why we need to tank, lol. If we can get #4, I think we have a great chance of getting Sewell. Plus we're getting a 3rd for Rivers this year as well.

I mean, one guy has Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, Hunter Henry, etc and has started most of the year

and one has hobbled Devante Parker, Mike Gesicki, and bums along with no running game. and has started 2 games

Seems like there’s just as much competition to be the worst team as there is to be the best team this year

Herbert is in a great situation for a rookie but I still think he's 3rd in terms of potential. The AFC East, despite not having a lead atm, looks like FIRMLY Miami's division while Jeaux Burreaux is still looking like the most impressive QB.

I think the perfect comparison is the elite RB trio from a couple years ago. Alvin Kamara won ROTY, Dalvin Cook got a slower start, CMC looked like the best of them, all three end up being great and no one would change who they took.

Damn. Journey Brown retiring due to a heart condition. That sucks. I thought he was gonna be a good one.

Counterpoint Herb has easily been the most impressive so far
    2146 yards, 17-5, 71.3 QBR, 8 y/a in 7 games with a bad o line

    vs

    2272 yards, 11-5, 60.9 QBR, 6.9 y/a in 8 games with an also bad o line

best physical tools of all of them and he has Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, highest ceiling IMO

Sam Bradford was once named NFL OROY.

It doesn’t matter who the best rookie is. Things can change in a hurry.

Tua is in the best situation long term. Miami has a ton of picks to get him the help he needs.

Actually, that would explain the high false positivity rate, now that I think about it.

Yeah, historically, Joe Burrow is in the most danger. He'll get murdered for 7-8 years on a team that mostly goes like 6-10/7-9, but one year goes 11-5, the owner never fires Zac Taylor for like, 4 years longer than you can possibly imagine.

Well Sam Bradfords issue wasn't his lack of talent.

That said, long term I'm taking Tua just because Herbert and Joeb are linked to sorry ass teams with sorry ass owners.

  22. Miami isn't a sorry ass team?

I will always love the Dolphins for my week 5 and 7 parlays. But now Vegas knows they are good and won't give good odds on them.

I'm very concerned about how Miami is trending. Flores is an awesome coach, they are the youngest team in the NFL, and they basically have two full premium drafts thanks to Bill O'Brien.

It's also an ideal city for free agents...
