Yeah it's only getting worse from here. I'm sure the league has no interest in this, but I've been wondering about the possibility of suspending the season a little earlier and setting up a bubble location for the playoffs.

The bubble argument didn't work for a whole season, I get why. Asking that many players/coaches to leave their family for 4-5 months is a tough sell, not to mention how many people there'd be in it. But with less than half of the teams, and only a 1-2 month period, maybe???

I know I know they're just going to plow through and not give a fuck. That seems to be plan A, B, and C.

 

With the usual 2 weeks for the SB, that will 100% get bubbled. Though, the NFL had also considered a 16-team playoff to potentially account for missed games (if a team that played 15 games is tied with a 16 game team in wins...just let them both in)
