Yeah, I do a mix of 12-4/5ish til my wife gets home, and when Im busy, I work from 9-12pm after my wife goes to bed. Its lovely.

The thing companies really miss is people would be SOOO much more productive that way. When I was forced into 8 hours straight, I cant think of a single day I actually worked 8 full hours. But working flex schedule, I can easily put in a day with 12 hours of work.
